  1. WHAT IS A NEW CLIENT?
  2. A new client is a person who previously has never attended a class at Pilates Smith.

  3. HOW LONG IS THE VALIDITY OF THE PACKAGES?
    • First trial class is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • 10-Class Bundle* Package is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
    • 20-Class Bundle* Package is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
    *No-expiry Class Bundle applies to all packages purchased between April 2020 - April 2021.

  4. CAN I SHARE MY PACKAGE WITH ANOTHER FRIEND?
  5. Sure thing! All class bundles can be shared or transferred to a friend or loved one at no extra charge. You may book on their behalf through your account, but do inform us of their injury history, health issues, or other concerns during the booking. This is so that we can design suitable routines for the both of you.

  6. WHAT IS THE CLASS BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
  7. We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for class booking, rescheduling, or cancellation. Late cancellation or 'no-show' will be charged as one Pilates Smith Session rate, except in the event of an emergency.

  8. WHY DO I NEED TO ENTER MY EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER DURING REGISTRATION?
  9. Email is mandatory while phone number is optional. We will send out an email reminder 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule or cancel your upcoming class by following the link in the email and resetting the timing at least 12 hours from the email’s time of delivery. A final email (or SMS) will be sent 3 hours prior to your class, so that you have enough time to prepare.
