Studio Director
Regine is our fiery lady boss! She thinks the high and low of life is called squats.
With a deep appreciation for the biomechanics of movement. Her journey into Pilates began a decade ago and over the years, she has developed a passion for understanding how the body moves and functions optimally.
She focuses on the intricate relationship between biomechanics and Pilates principles to help you achieve a balanced and efficient movement pattern. Her approach integrates a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology, ensuring that each exercise supports not just your fitness goals but also your overall health and well-being.
In her class , you will experience a unique blend of precise movements that target core strength, alignment, and mobility . Expect her class to be dynamic and rigorous. A solo session with her will change your life.

Cass Chin
Cass has been a favourite among busy white collar workers and athletes who are looking for effective and efficient all rounded workout. A movement junkie all her life, she has actively represented her school in various sports events in her younger days.
She is now a mother to a hyperactive toddler who developed a passion and strong interest in empowering busy women to achieve their fitness goals and helping athletes to enhance their training regimes through pilates methods.
Cass is certified in Stott Pilates and Pilates Academy International.
Celia Ho
Celia got into pilates over 10 years ago due to shoulder injury. Since then she fell in love with the movement on the apparatus that makes the workout fun and challenging. Expect her class to build on your strength, endurance, stability, mobility and flexibility through a series of dynamic movements that you never know could perform!
Celia is certified in Stott Pilates.
Grace Liew
Grace’s experience as a corporate executive brought her to understand the physical damages done to our bodies. Combining experiences in pilates, dance and yoga for more that a decade, expect her class to incorporate the flow motions with core strengthening and resistance training of Pilates to help clients improve mobility, posture and fitness.
Grace is certified in Stott Pilates, Injuries and Special Population and trained in Functional Anatomy and Core Reform by Smart Movement.
Jonie Neoh
A trained nutritionist and hardcore yogi who loved to push herself past her limit. After suffering from broken ribs, Jonie decided to focus on body awareness after being invited by a friend to try Pilates. She fell in love with Pilates as a compliment to her yoga practice, and loving Pilates just a little more than yoga now. Focusing on body alignment, expect her class to be a combination of strength and stretch.
Jonie is trained in Stott Pilates.
Lyn Kwek
Sparked by a motivation to correct her posture and alleviate lower back pain, Lyn embarked on her Pilates journey and discovered the various benefits such as postural improvement, increase in movement awareness and core strengthening. Let Lyn help you to improve and gain better mobility and awareness of your movements, leading to an improved quality in life.
Lyn is certified in Polestar, Pre & Post Natal Pilates and RYT200 Yoga.
Sean Lee
Everyone looks forward to Sean’s class! He wears multiple hats depending what time of the day, he juggles between being a swim coach, TRX instructor and now Pilates. Expect his class to be hard hitting but his patience and knowledge makes his class a unique experience.
Sean is trained in Stott Pilates and certified in TRX, Metafit, MetaPWR and Oxygen Advantage - Functional Breathing.
Gina
Gina first turned to pilates for back pain caused by scoliosis, and experienced first hand the wonders of pilates. With 10 years of pilates experience under her belt, Gina enjoys using her passion and knowledge to help clients realize the benefits of pilates, and break the misconception that pilates is all about stretching. Her class focuses on controlled movements to strengthen the core and improving strength, mobility and body awareness, especially for office workers who toil at their desks for prolonged hours.
Gina is a certified Stott Pilates instructor and NCSF personal trainer. She is also trained in pre and post natal exercise programs.
Janelle
Having a scoliosis since young age, Janelle has been very passionate about strengthening her core muscles to support her body. She has been practising Pilates for 5 years and have ever since created great body awareness and strengthen her core muscles. For her, being strong, supported and being able to move our body freely when we reach old age is a joy. Join her class to build up your core strength and mobility while being gracefully flexible and stable. You will be surprise of what you can perform in her class.
