How to book
First time ever
Go back to Home and scroll to Book A Class or go directly via pilatessmith.sg/book.
Select Solo (one person) or Duo (two persons) with drop-in prices listed next to it.
Choose the instructor, day and time.
Enter name, email and mobile.
Proceed to checkout with credit card details.
And that it! You’ll receive a booking confirmation email.
First time after purchasing a bundle
Go to your email inbox and find the receipt of your Bundle payment, subject title is “Now we’re on to something epic!“.
Click on Schedule in the email body and you’ll be sent to the booking page.
Choose the instructor, day and time.
All your details (name, email and mobile) are automatically populated, including the Redeem Package code.
Select Complete Appointment to review your booking details.
If you change your mind, make the changes under Reschedule or Cancel.
Alternatively, you can always change* it from the booking confirmation email you receive.
* Remember changes are only up to 12 hours before class starts. Read our FAQ for more details.

BOOK FROM WEBSITE
Go back to Home and scroll to Book A Class or go directly via pilatessmith.sg/book.
Choose the Bundle that you have purchased.
Choose the instructor, day and time.
Key in the same details you have entered during payment.
Select Redeem Package to enter Certificate Code (a string of 8 alphanumeric code), it can be found in your email receipt, subject title is “Now we’re on to something epic!“.
If you have registered for your account, the code will be the same as your email.
Select Complete Appointment to review your booking details.
If you change your mind, make the changes under Reschedule or Cancel.
